House Bill 1258: Property Tax Credit for Homeschoolers

Summary:
This bill would give parents a local property tax credit of up to $1000 for educational expenses. The credit would only apply to homeschool or private school students who were previously enrolled full or part-time in public school.

5/11/2005This bill has now died as the legislature is closed for the year
