Senate Bill 1493: Homeschool Tax Credit

Summary:
This bill is dead as the Arizona Legislature adjourned sine die on May 13, 2005.
Senate Bill 1493 would have created a tax credit for parents who homeschooled their children in compliance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 15-802, the homeschool statute. If this bill had passed parents could have received a tax credit of up to $200 per child age five through eighteen.
