House Bill 1408: Eliminating Adult Education Programs for all 16- and 17-Year-Olds

Summary:
This bill would eliminate the adult education program for students 16 and 17 years old, including homeschool students. HSLDA believes that the option for enrollment in an adult education program should continue to be available for these students.
