Senate Bill 53: An Act Regarding Equal Access to Extracurricular Activities
Senator Henry E. “Hank” Erwin Jr.
This bill would have permitted children being taught by a private tutor and those enrolled in private and church schools to participate in extracurricular activities at the public school, provided the private and church schools did not offer such activities.
