House Bill 440: An Act Regarding Equal Access to Extracurricular Activities

Summary:
This bill would have authorized students taught by tutors and those taught at home in a church school to participate in extracurricular activities at public and nonpublic schools, if the nonpublic school permits it.

HSLDA takes a neutral position on such legislation.
