Senate Bill 360: An Act Mandating Nonpublic School Graduation Testing
Senators Singleton, Ross, and McClain
This bill would have required all nonpublic school students to take and pass a high school graduation exam prior to graduation. This would include church school students who are taught at home by their parents in a home instruction program. It would also probably include students taught by private tutors. HSLDA opposed this bill.
