Senate Bill 28: An Act Lowering the Compulsory Attendance Age

Summary:
This bill would have lowered the compulsory attendance age from 7 to 6. HSLDA opposed this legislation.

Status:
1/11/2005Introduced, first reading, and referred to the Health, Education & Social Services and Finance Committees.
6/9/2006 This bill died when the Legislature adjourned.
