Some features of this Group Services section are available only to our Discount Groups and Affiliates. To register for log-in access, you will need your group’s name, the zip code of the organization you represent, and the access code provided in your Discount Group or Affiliate confirmation letter or email. If you do not have this information, please contact Group Services.

Affiliate Program Application Form

Signing up as an Affiliate is a three-step process:

  1. Fill out and submit the form below.
  2. Send us your W-9 with EIN via mail or email, or fax to 540-338-2733 (Attn: Affiliate Program-Group Services).
  3. Once approved (allow 2-3 business days), you will receive an email with your Affiliate ID number in it. This will allow you to log in to get your unique link to distribute, as well as see reports on referrals and commissions.
